Two former crew members came forward. Independently. Both had been on flights Cameron Finch had piloted. Both had been told to stay silent.
"He'd drift," one said. "Get distracted. Radio discipline was terrible. But we couldn't say anything — not if we wanted to stay in the squadron."
Another: "I filed a safety report. It vanished. When I asked… I was told to 'check my attitude.'"
